Level 1 inspection
|
- General condition
of the unit ;
- Cooling
system (belts, hoses, radiator and anti-freeze)
;
- Fuel supply system ;
- Ventilating system (shutters, thermostat)
;
- Air supplying system
and exhaust system ;
- Motor lubricating
system ;
- Starter and battery
system ;
- Motor protection
system ;
- Generator, control
panel and automatic transfer switch ;
- Motor heater and
battery charger
;
- Motor and generator
function with or without a charge.

Level 2 inspection
|
- Carburator
system replace filters, inspect air filters ;
- Lubrification
system (change oil filter and oil, clean ventilating filter) ;
- On gas motors
(replace spark plugs and condensor) ;
- Ajust plugs (500
hrs and more) ;
- Inspect the turbo ;
- Generator
(check voltage, wiring and grease back bearing) ;
- Neccessary
parts and liquid (including, addition, carburator and motor
filters and oil) ;
- Anti-freeze
and air filter not included.

- Test with load
bench (operate the unit with charge for a test with an
accreditation for the performance or to clean the motor to
maximise it's power ;
- Clean the
cooling system, replacing hoses and anti-freeze ;
- Reparing the
motor-heater or battery charger ;
- Verifying,
cleaning and testing the automatique transfer switch ;
- Finding a
major problem, to evaluate the cost of repair.
